系统检测您的USBKey证书失败,请按照如下步骤检查并尝试修复!
- 1、请确认USBKey是否插入,如未插入,请插入USBKey。
- 2、请尝试下载“中银网银助手”,自动检测登陆问题并修复。
- 3、中银助手修复后,请尝试关闭所有浏览器标签页,重新打开并登录。
- 如无法解决,请联系银行(服务热线:95566或在线客服)
Login failed
The system detects failure of your USBKey certificate. Please check and try to fix it according to the following steps!
- 1. Please make sure USBKey is inserted. If not, please insert USBKey.
- 2. Please try todownload "BOC Online Banking Aid", automatically monitor login problems and fix them.
- 3. After the problem is fixed by BOC Aid, please close all the tabs of the browser and then try to reopen and log in the system.
- If the problem cannot be solved, please contact BOC (Hotline: 95566 orOnline Customer Service)
